Activator Methods is my technique of treatment.  

I am Advanced Proficiency Rated in this technique 

which is the highest level of certification.  

This method is unique in that it is gentle and specific. 

This makes me unique in that I can specifically 

locate your area(s) that needs to be adjusted and

adjust only that particular vertebrae/area.  It is also

suitable for all extremities and TMJ.  

I also use Muscle Release Technique for muscles that need extra relaxation.

​There are no pops and cracks, just specific and correct adjustments.

What is the Activator Technique?

The activator is a small handheld spring-loaded

instrument which delivers a small impulse to the

spine.The activator method chiropractic technique

(AMCT) involves having the patient lie in a prone

position and comparing the functional leg lengths.

Often one leg will seem to be slightly shorter than

the other. The chiropractor then carries out a series

of muscle tests such as having the patient move

their arms in a certain position in order to activate

the muscles attached to specific vertebrae. If the

leg lengths change, that is taken as a sign that the

problem is located at that vertebra. The

chiropractor treats problems found in this way

moving progressively along the spine in the

direction from the feet towards the head.
